What is Online Holistic Psychotherapy?
Holistic psychotherapy is an integrative approach to mental health that acknowledges the connection between the mind, body, and spirit.
It is a collaborative process that seeks to alleviate emotional distress, enhance mental well-being, and promote healthier coping mechanisms. Individuals gain deeper insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
The goal is not only to address specific issues like anxiety, depression, or trauma but also to help individuals develop effective strategies for managing stress, improving relationships, and fostering long-term emotional resilience. Psychotherapy supports personal growth, self-awareness, and the development of healthier ways of thinking and living.
All sessions are conducted via video or phone, ensuring you have access to therapy from the comfort of your own space. Whether you're at home, in your car, or anywhere that feels safe and comfortable for you, these virtual sessions provide flexibility and convenience without sacrificing the quality of care.
Land Acknowledgement
I acknowledge that the land on which we gather is the traditional unceded territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin peoples.
Beyond acknowledgement lies the support for Land Back- Indigenous sovereignty, stewardship, and self-determination over ancestral lands, ecosystems, and resources, while recognizing the historical and ongoing injustices that Indigenous communities face.
